ABOUT OUR TEAM
We have grouped our Teams to offer tailored services specific to our clients requirements and needs. Our teams are Accountants & Bookkeepers, Consultants & Administrators, Trainers and Researchers, and IT Professionals & Support. Each team is made up of professionally qualified and with many years of experience. All the teams work together for ultimate benefits of our clients as an integrated team.

Bookkeepers & Accountants
The team is made up of professionally qualified accountants, Bookkeepers, payroll process and personnel management, Payroll professionals and Compliance reporting officers with high degree of exposure and many years of experience. Scope of consideration includes the following: Accountancy, Account Management, Bookkeeping, Payroll processing, compliance and all regulatory reporting.

Consultants & Administrators
The team is made up of strategy and operational consultants, business analyst, management experts, project managers and programme management. Our consultants and Administrators are responsible for clients Programme and project management. They assist clients to identify current and probable issues, analyse issues and propose recommendations for implementation. Our Administrators are responsible for secretariat, personnel management and corporate management

Trainers & Researchers
Our IT professional and support team are mostly from IT related background. The team is made up of software developers, network experts, database and software designing experts, system analyst, Testers and documentary specialist such as user manuals. The team would develop solution for a specific client, specify requirements for third party solution used by a client or adopt our own software solutions to a client specific requirements as bespoke software solution. The team works closely with our Business Analyst together in gathering requirements for develop.

IT Professionals & Support
Our Trainers and researchers are mostly responsible for offering training to participants on many of our platforms. Our training facilitators have a minimum of 10 years plus experience in their respective disciplines. Training facilitators have managed businesses from small, medium, large and international entities. Participants are guaranteed to gain from experiences and exposure of our training facilitators. Our training facilitators our qualified and deemed to be experts in their chosen disciplines. Our consideration includes system design for clients’ approval, software development testing of solutions, documenting manuals and post implementation support.
ABOUT VINCENT Santeng
Vincent Santeng has many years of experience of creating and managing portfolio of businesses and leading training programs. Due to strategic consideration Business Forum Training (BFT) was created to oversee our ever-expanding training programs. Vincent is an experience investment banker, risk and compliance expert and has considerable experience in defining and creating software solutions. Vincent is supported by PMCT Accountants & Consultants, Absolute Financial Software Solution (AFSS) and Absolute Accountancy Software (AA). Vincent santeng is also responsible for many training portfolios including Outsource Professional Directors (OPD) Risk & Compliance Training (RCT), Financial Products Training, Financial Markets Training, and Implement Basel Accord Consultancy. These entities support BFT considerations to ensure training attendees are provided all-inclusive end to end services.
